Employers Agent

Ashburnham Cameron Partnership offers the service of Employers Agent for Clients entering into Design and Build Projects.

Pre-contruction

Liaise with Client and design team to determine Client’s Requirements and develop the Client’s brief.

Advise Client on information and survey requirements, specialist services and demolition and strip out contracts.

Advise Client of the CMD Regulations and obligations.

Prepare Employers Requirements documents for tender, Liaise In preparation of scheme design, programming and risk register, reporting back recommendations to Client. Oversee procurement process, reporting on tenders and recommendations. Conduct negotiations with tenderers, and prepare contract documents.

Post Contract

Convene and chair regular site meeting.

Obtain advice on quality cost and programme of the works, making recommendations for interim payments and facilitating agreement of the final account. Liaise with all members of the project team , prepare and maintain a handover plan and defects administration plan.
