Andy is a construction professional with over 30 years of experience whose career has progressed from working on building sites / managing building projects / leading and delivering multiple building projects / divisional director of national contracting organisation to construction consultant specialising in construction planning and analytical delay analysis.

Director

Mike is an experienced Construction Professional, combining a background as Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager with over 36 years of experience in a broad range of organisations and projects. He specialises in contractual advice, contract administration, dispute resolution, and the tendering and delivery of residential, hotel, development, healthcare, research, and public sector projects.

Mike holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Society of Construction Law. He oversees Construction Claims and Quantum Expert services and is highly skilled in dispute avoidance, de-escalation, and mediation. Mike's expertise in contract administration ensures that projects are managed efficiently from inception to completion, including the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts. He is adept at handling complex contracts, ensuring that all parties' interests are protected and that contractual obligations are met. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach help mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Mike understands the key drivers for our clients and seeks to provide them with the optimum service tailored to align with their project’s goals.

Mike is passionate about delivering excellence in every project he undertakes. He is committed to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring he stays at the forefront of industry advancements. Outside of work, Mike enjoys mentoring young professionals and contributing to industry discussions through various forums.

Executive Director

David completed an honours degree in quantity surveying at the University of Greenwich where he was studying on a part time basis whist being employed by Camerons. Qualified as a chartered surveyor, David is now enjoying his role as Executive Director with ACP.

Principal Consultant

Steve is an experienced construction estimator with skills in all aspects of commercial and project management. Steve specialises in pre-contract budgets, feasibilities and tenders across all market sectors. Steve utilises specialist software to analyse and cost works to gain competitive edge for our clients and keeps historical records for assisting with appraisals and viability studies.
